At the heart of who I am, I’m ultimately a family man. Not a man defined by greed, but one shaped by pride, honour, and integrity. I’m in my forties, a father to three incredible kids—Freddie, Jessica, and Isabella—who still call our family home theirs.

Life revolves around these relationships, and nothing brings me more joy than nurturing the connections that matter most.

I live on a working arable farm, which comes with its own unique rhythm. My home office overlooks rolling fields, and the fresh air and wide-open views remind me daily of the balance life requires.

Mental health isn’t just a buzzword for me; it’s a priority. Work-life balance is key, and I make it a point to live each day fully, rather than being consumed by endless targets or a relentless chase for the next commission.

I’ve been fortunate to spend over a decade in recruitment, learning from some of the very best in the business. Today, I’m recognised as a leading recruitment and headhunting expert within the building products sector. If it goes in a building, I deal with it. I specialise in placing key employees for manufacturers, merchants, distributors, and wholesalers across the UK, and I’m proud to have earned the trust of loyal business relationships nationwide.
